PROMO MECHANICS

 

  1. Couples or debutants may reserve by registering at the Celebrations! website and by checking the corresponding box for the Coupon Book.
  2. Categories of suppliers involved are the following:
    • Major Suppliers – Venue, Caterer, Photo-video, Jewelry/Wedding Ring Maker, Couturier
    • Minor Suppliers – Cake Maker, Florist, Coordinator, Hair and Make Up Artist, Invitation Maker, Souvenir Maker, Musician/Entertainer, Car Rental, Others
  3. Only Five Hundred (500) booklets will be printed and distributed for use on May 23 and 24.
  4. Only legitimate couples and debutants will be given the booklets. Qualification will be determined through pre-registration of interested recipients. On-line pre-registrants will be given the priority.
  5. Those whose request is approved will receive a confirmation via email. The copy of the confirmation should be presented in order to claim the coupon book.
  6. Claiming of the booklets by the pre-registrants will be from 10AM until 12NN on May 23 and on May 24. Limited quantity will be distributed to early comers who register on site.
  7. The coupons must be used as part of the full payment for the transactions made and not as “reservation payment.”
  8. The coupons are valid for use only on May 23 and May 24, 2009, from 10 AM until 8:00 PM at the exhibit venue.
